“Great things in business are never done by one person. They're done by a team of people.” -Steve Jobs, Founder, Apple Inc.
Who is a Strategy Session For?
Any business owner or entrepreneur who wants to grow their business, who has plateaued or feels stuck, or who is looking to transition out of their business in the next five to seven years. If you are looking for more clarity, better organization, more profit, a better team; or to find the time to do the things you went into business for in the first place (things like fun, hobbies, sport, and giving back to charity), then a strategy session is for you.
In your strategy session, we'll clarify your long-term vision and goals. We'll get a good understanding of your current situation. And then we'll brainstorm strategies and tactics to get you from wherever you currently are, to where you want to be. You'll walk out with a mini-plan that's yours to keep, whether you decide to work with us or not.
Sounds like a sales pitch to me. Why should I book a strategy session?
Our clients get extraordinary results. For example:
Brian Koerner of Engineering Solutions has grown his business by 1100%.
Catherine Olmert of Watkins Insurance has tripled the size of her business through acquisitions.
And Semper Fi Construction has gone from two guys with trucks to over $2 million in revenues in just a couple of years.
With results like that, doesn't it make sense to find out whether coaching is a good fit for you?
Yes, we'll offer you some solutions, but if coaching isn't the right fit for you, we'll tell you. And we'll also tell you where you can go get some help. If coaching is good fit for you, we'll lay out your options, and then you can decide how you want to proceed. Fair enough?
First, you need to book your strategy session. We'll send you a short e-mail, explaining everything. In that email, there is short questionnaire which you'll fill out and send back to us. This gets you prepared for the meeting, and helps us formulate a few strategies for you ahead of time.
We'll have a 10 to 15 minute pre-call to make sure that were not wasting each other’s time. If we both agree that there might be a fit, then we'll go ahead and have the strategy session. At the strategy session, you’ll decide how you want to move forward.
