“What motivates people is what motivates people.”
Everyone is different.
Sometimes, I take a hike in the woods.
There is a moderately strenuous trail with some nice views that takes me about an hour to walk.
The exercise makes me feel better and gives me an energy boost.
And…I often get my best inspirations and ideas on these solo walks.
